Conditions of enrolment and Payment
Please send 150€ as a deposit for the course and 150€ as a deposit for accommodation (if required) . The deposit will be subtracted from the total. The deposit can be paid in one of the following ways: bank transfer, postal transfer or Paypal, all expenses regarding the payment are to be covered by the student. The full payment has to be made before the beginning of the course or at the latest, on the first day of school. After having received the deposit and the enrolment form Rimini Academy will send confirmation of the registration, the accommodation address (two weeks before arrival) and useful information about the school and the city.
Any student who wants to cancel their enrolment should notify the school via registered letter. If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the beginning of the course the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations made after 30 days or if the student is not present on the first day of school there will be no refund. Any student who decides to withdraw from the course or misses certain hours of lessons will not be refunded either. Rimini Academy, when necessary reserves the right to change prices or formation of courses (eg. when it is not possible to reach a minimum number of three students to form a group class). During national holidays there are no lessons and no refunds are possible. Upon arrival it is not possible for the student to change their chosen course.
Rimini Academy is not responsible for student illnesses, injuries, thefts or loss of personal belongings. Students are advised to organise personal insurance before departure. Rimini Academy refuses any responsibility for students under age who come to school without a parent or guardian. The court of Rimini will have jurisdiction over any disputes or controversies.
The technical organisation for excursions, transfers, bookings is made by local travel agencies.
